She is survived by: her mother Shirley Frost (Beard); her siblings, Mark Frost (Dawn), Dale Frost (Carol), Diane Frost, Linda Prater and Sherry Frost; and her nieces and nephews, Matthew Prater, David Frost, D. J. Prater, Jackson Prater, Brayden Frost, Brian Steinmiller, Jennifer Prater, Remi Prater, Callie Prater and Joann Frost.

Memorial contributions may be made in Cindy's name to the Gastroenterology Association.
