She is survived by: her mother Marie Perkins (Blasius) of Pemberville; her siblings, Mike Perkins (Tina) of Portage, Pam Miller (Rick) of Jerry City, Kim Snyder (Steve) of Bowling Green and Jeannie Perkins of North Baltimore; and her close friends, Bud Anderson, Tonia Bair, Black and Scooter. She is also survived by 5 nieces and nephews, 5 great nieces and nephews.
