With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Alan Sparks of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on July 25, 2021 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Susan W. Sparks (Boros); his brother Keith; and his grandson William Thomas Cox. He is survived by: his father Harold "Dave" Sparks; his children, Nichole Fuhr, Myranda Cox (William), Casey Fuhr (Summer) and Dakota Sparks; and his brother David Sparks (Cheryl Sparks). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to St. John's United Church of Christ, or the donor's choice.
