It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Burns of Perrysburg, Ohio, who passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Carolyn Sue shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carolyn Sue farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Young and Voneta Young (Heer); her husband Kenneth Burns of Gibsonburg, OH; and her sister Charlene Faler (Young). She is survived by: her children, Karen Murray (Hal), Marvin Burns (Karen), Gary Burns (Ilene) and Lisa Swartz (Jason); and her sister Bernadine Klump (Young). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (5520 Fremont Pike, Perrysburg, OH 43551). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to St. John's Lutheran Church.
