She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Herman and Lucy Herman (Haas) of Perrysburg, Ohio.; her sister Barbara Richards; her niece Brittany Foor; and her nephew Jeff Double.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Lorenzen; her children, Brian Lorenzen (Racquel), Ann Batch (Chris) and Sarah Lorenzen-Riedeman (Brian Coddington); her grandchildren, Jacob Riedeman, Andrew Hayes, Chase Lorenzen, Samantha Lorenzen, Danielle Hayes and Peyton Lorenzen; and her siblings, Janice Double, Betty Vidra, Dudley Herman (Cindy), Jim Herman (Linda), Joyce Remer (Dennis), Alice Farley (John), Charlene Herman, Mary Rose Dimick (Mike), Richard Herman (Pam), Chuck Herman (Deb), Tom Herman (Mary), Trudy Kovach (Gary) and Helen Foor (Tim).
