It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol J. Harrison (Perrysburg, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Metzger (Mobieus). She is survived by: her father Paul Metzger; her children, Stacie Sorg of Grand Rapids, MI, Michael Schumaker of Toledo, Susan Jones (Jim) of Perrysburg, Shelley DeStazio of Maumee, David Schumaker (Kim) of Bowling Green, Thomas Schumaker (Jackie) of Perrysburg, Shari Keyes of Holland and John Schumaker (Janet) of Maumee; her grandchildren, Brian (Rachel), Brandon (Emese), Joe (Kassie), Kevin (Melissa), Brianna, Alisha (Tristan), Aliedre (Ty), Dakota, Leanna (Kyra), Josh (Tayler), Nick (Lisa) and Scott (Brooke); her great grandchildren, Leo, Evon, Gigi, Zoe, Hazel, Lincoln, Sophia, Joshua, Trent, Ava, Jaxon, Tori, Easton, Piper and Paisley; and her siblings, Paula Aldridge (Keith) and Denny Metzger (Jan). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Carol's name to St. Rose Catholic Church.
