She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Haggard and Mary Haggard (Polinski); and her siblings, Sandra Dalton, Dorothy, Shirley, Charles, Thomas, Robert, Gary and Dennis Haggard.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy P. Sieminski; her children, Timothy S. Sieminski, Stacie Bayer (Randy) and Jamie Sieminski (Lesli); her grandchildren, Justin and Brianna Bayer; and her siblings, Clifford Haggard (Kathy), Darrell Estep (Tammy), David Haggard, Jeffery Haggard and Debra Wade. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews; 22 great nieces and nephews; and 1 great- great niece.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home (830 Lime City Rd, Rossford, OH 43460). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
