She was predeceased by: her husbands, Jack Rick and Ron Grogan; her daughter Cynthia Forkapa; her grandson Tamar Harvey; and her brothers, Daniel Jr and Marsil, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Jack Rick Jr. (Nancy), Debra Barr (Ronald) and Wade Rick (Christie); her grandchildren, Jennifer House and Jack Rick III; and her siblings, Joyce King (Jim), Bill Dhondt (Eva) and Rosemary Durbin (Fred).
