He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Watson and Helen Watson; and his brother Cyril. He is survived by: his children, Christine Bell, Michael Watson (Donna) and Mark Watson (Carol Sue); his sisters, Myrna, Wanda, Shirley and Lois; and his wife Carole.

Memorial contributions may be made in Arthur's name to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg.
