She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Sosnicka and Agnieszka Sosnicka (Galas); her husband Wladyslaw Szczerba; and her daughter-in-law Helene Szczerba. She is survived by: her children, Anna Tarejlis, Jan Szczerba (Wieslawa), Tadeusz Szczerba (Elzbieta) and Stanislaw Szczerba; her grandchildren, Basia Rhoades (Vincent), Joe Tarejlis (Agnieszka), Sylwia Kozieja (Janusz), Magdalena Szczerba (Chad), Alicja Bleile (Robert), Ania Biglin (Michael), Andrew Szczerba and Natalie Szczerba; and her great grandchildren, Angelika, Julia, Daniel, Krystian, Sebastian, David, Maximillian, Alexandra, Austin, Cameron, Olivia, Emmet and Aiden.
