Pollack (Mark Pollack); her stepdaughters, Barbara Cook-Simkoff and Denise Kato; her granddaughter Carolyn Bolster; and her great grandchildren, Shayne Cocchi (Melissa), Shawn Cocchi (Elizabeth), Leah Simkoff, Bailey Simkoff-Wilkinson (Jordan), Brady Pollack and Cupar Meikle.
