He is survived by: his wife Kris; his children, Sean Chapman, Kayla Chapman and Lani Layman; his grandchildren, Collin, Myla and Ellie; his siblings, Richard Chapman (Linda) and Connie Chapman; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Johnston (Eric), Nicole Parker, Aaron Kershaw (Melissa), Ryan Kershaw (Jen) and Chad Kershaw.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home (667 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Perry Cemetery (3840 Middle Ridge Rd, Perry, OH 44081).
