It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Paul Mautz of Perry, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on June 15, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Mautz and Bertha Mautz (Imes); his former wife Alice Arlene Mautz; and his wife Roma Mautz. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Mautz (Ellen), Linda Carter (Dennis) and Pam Dooley (John); his stepson Darrell Swinehart (Theresa); his grandchildren, Robert, Elizabeth Mautz, Bruce Carter, Teri Dunlap, Heather Smith and Rachel Dooley; his stepgrandchildren, Nicole Walker, Nathaniel Swinehart, Jerrod Swinehart, Jacob Swinehart and Janel Swinehart; his sister Marjorie Dixon; his stepdaughter-in-law Carla Swinehart; his stepson Richard Swinehart; his granddaughter Cheryl Mautz; and his brothers, Myron, Eugene, Dale and Glen Mautz.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Salvation Army, Christ's Table, or the Gideon's Society.
