Frame of Perry, Ohio, born in Alliance, Ohio, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Millard; her stepfather Charles Morrow; and her brother Ron Millard. She is survived by: her mother Virginia M. Bates; her husband Jeff; her children, Anthony Frame (Fantasia) and Natasha Smith (Jeffery); her grandchildren, Chantzen, Jaxton Frame, Rocco Myers-Smith and Enver Smith; her daughter-in-law Brittney Frame; and her brothers, Fred (Bonnie), Carl (Marie) and Tommy Millard (Rhonda).
