She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phelps and Mabel Phelps (Morris); and her siblings, Nancy Barker and James "Bob" Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Dale Hall; her son James; her daughter-in-law Amie Hall (Dye); her son Bill Hall; her grandsons, William Hall and Ian Reid; and her brother William "Bill" Phelps II. She is also survived by numerous loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
