It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Odell Welch of Perry, Ohio, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell C. Welch and Mary Anne Welch (Plummer). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Chris of Austin, Luke (Laura Diaco) of Athens, Eric, Duncan of Perry, Rachel and Keara of Perry; and his sister Martha Frank (Ronald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
