With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maribeth W. Katona of Perry, Ohio, born in Painesville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter H. and Elizabeth. She is survived by: her husband Barney Katona; her children, Mark Katona (Bonni) of Columbus, Steve Katona (Lisa) of Painesville Twp and Amy Carney of Painesville; her grandchildren, Jason Carney, Dustin Carney (Katie), Steven Katona and Lauren Katona; her great grandchildren, Nathaniel and Madison Carney; and her brothers, Don Williams and Mike Williams (Bobbie).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home & Crematory (368 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077). A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home and Crematory (368 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077).
