He was predeceased by: his sisters, Susan Manley Coyle Blade and Sharon Manley. He is survived by: his parents, Albert James Manley Jr. and Charlotte Manley (Wagner); his former wife Sharon Scurlock (Manley); his children, Miranda Taggart, Andrew Manley and Albert Manley; his stepmother Vicki Manley; and his brothers, Keith Manley and Christopher Manley.
