He was predeceased by: his parents, John Yoblonsky and Roseanne Yoblonsky (Poponik); and his brother George W. Yoblonsky. He is survived by: his grandson Matt; his wife Pamela; his daughters, Shelley Radatz (Neil) of Verona, WI and Patricia Brass (John) of Perry, OH; his grandchildren, Ashley Butteris (Wade) of Barneveld, WI, Mathew Radatz (Elena) of Verona, WI and Jacob Brass of Perry, OH; and his sister Kathy Barber (Daniel) of Jefferson, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 22 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in the memory of Henry C. Yoblonsky.
