He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David Foutz and Penny Kingsley. He is survived by: his parents, Aaron Kingsley and Casey Kingsley (Foutz); his sister Alexa; his grandparents, Carrie Foutz and Phil Kingsley; his aunts and uncles, Sarah Kingsley, Adam Kingsley, Laura Kingsley, Nathan Kingsley, Jennifer Ixos, Jay Foutz and Amy Jackson; and his cousins, Kayla Cox and Valerie "Balerie" Cox. He is also survived by many other cousins and extended family.
