He is survived by: his wife Nancy Underwood (Shelby); his son Chad Underwood (Melissa); his granddaughters, Rachel Underwood and Sarah Underwood; his sister Malia Ignat (Danny); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Shelby (Sherry), Sam Shelby (Sally) and Kathy Saluk (late Tim).
