She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Ford and Ollie Ford (Shimmer); her husband S. Ray Bevins; her siblings, Anes Ford, Avery Ford, Terry Ford, Jody Church, Mazine Wilson, Mabel Sampson, Dina Ford and Nina Dawson; her granddaughter Jennifer; her great grandchild Riliegh; and her daughter-in-law Caryn (Barry).

She is survived by: her children, Joyce Birch (Joseph), Patti Briley (Glenn), Barry Bevins and Tim Bevins (Christine); her grandchildren, Keith (Dana), Christopher, Zackery (Alexis), Ryan (Josey), Victoria (Santana), Kevin and Alizabeth; and her siblings, Ronald Ford, Billy Ford, Roger Ford (Helen), Butch Ford (Bev) and Judy Gaines (David). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
