He was predeceased by: his parents, John Duer and Jessie Duer (Stalnaker); his wife Addie Preece; his stepmother Josephine; his grandson Eric Coburn; and his sons, Johnnie Coburn and Terry Coburn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Maria Duer, Addie J. Coburn (John), Renee Jett (Terry) and Michele Duer; his grandchildren, Joshua Coburn (Megan), Elisha Vernon (Caleb), Juliana Jett, Taylor Schworm (Cody), John Nussbaum, Joseph Fink, Jenni Duer and Jonathan Duer; his great grandchildren, James Coburn, Naomi Coburn, Emme Schworm and Axel Schworm; and his siblings, Peggy Dick, Nancy Macwherter and Bill Duer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
