He is survived by: his wife Peggy A. Miller; his sons, Troy James Hout (Valerie) and Travis F. Hout (Carol); his grandchildren, Courtney Hout, Danniell Stevenson (Tyler), James Vogelsong, Taylor Little, Camron Little, Haley Little, Ellie Hout and Carson Hout; and his siblings, Nancy Palmer and Randy Williams (Fran). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
