He is survived by: his mother Diane Best; his wife Amy; his stepchildren, Zachary and Zyler; his pets, Minxxs and Tom; his mother-in-law Amy; his siblings, Zachary, Zyler and Steve (Therese); his aunt Mary; his mother-in-law Janice Bungard (Dave); his brother Rick; his sister-in-law Jennifer Smith; his nieces, Faith Shahan (Jacob) and Katie Best; his nephew Ricky Smith; his great-nephew Asher; and also, Mike and Ganley.
