She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Rigby and Betty Rigby (Yeater). She is survived by: her husband Duane Manley; her children, Anthony Rigby (Candice), Troy Rigby, Duane Manley II (Kara), Daniel Manley (Ashley) and Beverly Bever; her grandchildren, Hayle Manley, Kayse Bever, Jayme Mazurik, Lilliana Manley, Duane Manley III, Jackson Rigby, Henry Manley and Alexander Manley; and her siblings, Roger Rigby, Mike Rigby and Christine Skidmore (David).

Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home (667 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH 44077). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
