He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Patrick Perry Jr.; his grandfathers, Robert N. Ainsley Jr. and Joseph Patrick Perry Sr.; and his aunt Bunny Wilcox (Ainsley). He is survived by: his mother Treva Ainsley Perry; his sister Alyssa Perry; his son Jace Anthony Ainsley (Westover); and his grandmothers, Cheryl Faulkner and Julia Shader. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
