She was predeceased by: her husband James Fuller; and her siblings, Sema Stein and Kiva Swetlic. She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Nitowsky (Daniel); and her granddaughters, Melanie Nitowsky and Sarah Nitowsky.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association/Cleveland Chapter or the Hospice of the Western Reserve.
