She is survived by : her grandparents, Robert Slocum, Marjorie Slocum, Leonard Bertsch and Nellie Bertsch; her uncle Leonard Bertsch, Jr. (Allison); her cousin Sarah Bertsch; her aunt Sally Slocum of Akron; her siblings, John of Peninsula, Tim of Park City and Kathleen; her significant other Anna Biondo; and also, Tom Slocum of Akron, Lynn Konarski (Mitch) of Bath, Nancy Callahan (Tim) of Bentleyville, Nancy Lynch (Ed) of Fairport, Nellie Sai Om Shriver of Akron, Susan Cull of Columbus, Janet Offutt of New Canaan and David Bertsch (Jan) of Akron.

Her family suggests that any donations be directed to Akron Children's Palliative Care, Rotary Camp, Camp Christopher (CYO), or Woodridge Local Schools Special Education.
