He was predeceased by : his son Eric Chase; and his brother David Chase. He is survived by : his wife Kitty Chase; his daughter Nicole Clapsaddle (Kevin); his granddaughter Brealyn Erlandson; his parents, Donald Chase and Shirley Chase; and his brother Michael Chase (Terrie).
