He was predeceased by : his former life partner Barbara Ann Roach; his parents, Patrick Spencer and Orva Spencer; his daughter-in-law Kim Spencer; his brother-in-law Samuel Sacks; his granddaughters, Chelsea Marie Spencer and Tiffany Papik; and his great grandchild Nora Hauge.
He is survived by : his wife Chanah (Patricia); his children, Larry Spencer (late Kim), Tamara Papik (John) and Kimberly Frank (Dave); his brother Eugene Spencer (Josephine); and his sister-in-law Diane Sacks. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
