He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Dierker and Esther Dierker (Harmeyer); his siblings, Shirley Losey (Ralph), Lloyd and Wally Dierker (Lou); and his parents-in-law, Irma Dutton (Don), Dottie Hartman, Jay Hartman (Hattie) and Jim Hartman.
He is survived by: his son Jay; his wife Milly (Hartman); his daughters, Jayne Marcum and Julie Amadio (Phil); his sisters, Evelyn Heineman (Paul), Eloise Dierker and Janice Merryfield; his sisters-in-law, Lou Fairbanks (Gene), Marilyn Hartman and Ruth Dierker; and his grandchildren, Matt Dierker, Annie Marcum, Mindy Slenn (Dave) and Mindy Vascik (Andrew).
