It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hartman of Pemberville, Ohio, born in Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Hartman and Elsie L. Hartman (Mandle); and his sisters, Mary Gustwiller, Shirley Rockhill and Thelma Zinsmaster.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy L. Roose; his daughters, Sheila Webb (Gregory "Todd") of Milbury and Sherri Hartman of Columbus; his grandchildren, Toby Clark (Caitlin) of Oregon, Sherisa Siebert (Brennan) of Wartburg and Stephen Clark (Casey) of Oak Harbor, Ohio; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Elsie, Hudson, Allie, Ava, Everly and Anna.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to First Baptist Church.
