He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore F. Abke and Ramona K. Abke (Jimison). He is survived by: his wife Sandy of Paul's Lutheran Church; his sons, Gregg Abke (Renee) of Portage, Chris Abke (Hope) of Sidney, Gary Abke (Catherine) of Hudson and Denny Abke (Jenny) of Newman, GA.; his grandchildren, Nicole, Zachary, Nathan, Emily, Jessie, Maddox, Avery, Kaden, Aaron and Adam; and his sisters, Marilyn Tyll (Jim) and Jeanne Holfinger (Gary).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: St. Mark's Lutheran Church or the American Diabetes Association.
