We bid farewell to Phyllis Jean Bailey of Pemberville, Ohio, born in Northwood, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 25, 2024 at the age of 94. Phyllis Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Hoffmann and Orpha Hoffmann (Mansfield); her husband Harold Alfred Bailey; her siblings, Robert Hoffmann, Lorine Hoffmann and Mildred Stebli; and her great grandchild Kaylee Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Kiefer (Ronald) of Sylvania, Mark Bailey (Janet) of Durham, NC, Julie Parkinson of Grove City, OH and John Bailey (Carol) of Pemberville.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bowlus Life Enrichment Center (20311 Pemberville Rd, Pemberville, OH 43450). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Otterbein Pemberville SeniorLife Enrichment Center (20311 Pemberville Rd, Pemberville, OH 43450).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: The Pemberville Opera House.
