With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penney K. Baldwin of Pemberville, Ohio, who passed away on October 19, 2022 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Blue and Karen Blue (Stevenson); her brother Stevey Rahmel; and her mother-in-law Phyllis Johnston. She is survived by: her husband Randy Baldwin; her son Chase Baldwin (Liliya Bubiy); her siblings, Dena Blue, Tricia Frysinger, Thomas Blue Jr. and Wayne Blue; and her stepfather Steven Rahmel.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials take the form of contributions to: The Wounded Warriors Project or a charity of the donor's choice.
