He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Heilman and Luella Heilman (Kellermeier); and his son Jamie Heilman. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Chovanec; his children, David Heilman (Martina), Victoria Heilman, Lawrence Heilman of Curtice and Richard Heilman (Ann) of Luckey; and his siblings, Thelma Schaller of Perrysburg, Robert Heilman (Marybelle) of Perrysburg, Lucille Sweatt, Dorothy Eckel, Margaret Swiergosz and Anna Mae Harris. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
