It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merlon A. Bruning of Pemberville, Ohio, who passed away on June 6, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bruning and Dora Bruning (Ernsthausen); his wife Sue Fleming; and his grandson Troy Schmitz. He is survived by: his children, Michael Bruning (Robin) of Gibsonburg and Pam Schmitz (Tim) of Fostoria; his grandchildren, Matthew Bruning (Emily), Tyler Schmitz (Ashley), Kate Bruning and Mitchell Bruning; his great grandchild Jameson Schmitz; and his siblings, Rella Kehl (Jim) of Columbus, Marcus, Marvin Bruning, Bernice Ebert and Francis Konz.
