Ladd of Pemberville, OH; her husband Frederick Burkholder; her children, Mary, Aide, Otterbein Portage Valley, Lori Malicoate (Bill) of Grand Rapids, OH, Amy Fairbanks (Don Derr) of Luckey, OH, Patti Emch (Mike) of Bowling Green, OH and Wade Burkholder (Mark Miller) of Denver, CO.; her grandchildren, Josh Fairbanks (Amanda), Chad Fairbanks (Erica), Ashley Errington (Mitch), Ben Malicoate and Heather Emch; her great grandchildren, Everleigh, Maizey and Emma; her brother Charles Ladd (Jean) of Bowling Green, OH.; and her pet German Shepherd.
