He was predeceased by: his parents, John Starling and Irene Starling (Carter); and his wife Pamela Powell. He is survived by: his daughter Lorie Chapman (Jay); his grandson Logan Chapman of Pemberville; his sister Dorothy Bell (David); and his friends, Tony and Kara DiCicco of Pemberville.
