He is survived by: his parent Jacklyn Wairse (Mitchell); his son Isaiah of Marion; his wife Michelle; his parent Jackie Wairse (Randy) of Bowling Green; his brothers, Jeff Lewis, Justin Wairse and Jared Wairse; and his grandmother Jayne Pauken (Charles). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
