He was predeceased by: his mother Velcro; his wife Lois May (Frontz); and his siblings, John Wozniak, Mildred Kodor, Adolph Wozniak and Frederick Wozniak.
He is survived by: his children, Ed Wozniak Jr. of East Aurora, NY, Kathy O'Loughlin of Norfolk, VA and David Wozniak (Joan Adler) of Greenfield Mass; his grandchildren, Anton Wozniak (Sydney), Sandy O'Loughlin, Tony O'Loughlin (Tristan Hobbs) and Kenny O'Loughlin (Karen); and his siblings, Alfred Wozniak of Port Clinton, Lillian Capko of Port Clinton and Cecilia Case of Las Vegas, Nevada.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contributions to: The Pemberville Freedom Fire Department Association, Pemberville Library, or a charity of the donor's choice.
