It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas L. Fraley of Pemberville, Ohio, born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Opal Fraley; and his children-in-law, Rick Taulker and Julie Fraley. He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Douglas Fraley Jr. (Janet), Tammy Taulker, Jody Bryant (Bruce), Richard Fraley, Debby Gensler and Jim Fraley (Courtney). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
