He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell D. Hatas and Betty J. Hatas (Lefevre); his brother Paul E. Hatas; and his nephew Duane Hatas. He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Flores (Macey) of Pemberville; his granddaughters, Marissa and Haven Flores; his siblings, Cheryl Hatas and Wendell "Dan" Hatas (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Bryon, Scott, Briana, Triniti, Kelly, Michael, Debby, Dedra and David; and his friend Greg "Pedro" Henline.
