With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Bell Swartz of Pemberville, Ohio, born in Luckey, Ohio, who passed away on March 21, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl H. Phillips and Ruth I. Phillips (Grover); her former husband Alton W. Sundermeier; her children, Jenny Mae Dunn and Earl "Fritz" Sundermeier; and her siblings, Elsie Mae Hampton, Loretta Bourdeon, Juanita Dennis, Joyce Ann Rau, Jack Phillips and Bob Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie S. McCartney of Elk River, ID.; her sisters, Mary Lou Hernacki of Perrysburg, OH and Judy Daniels of Oak Harbor, OH; and her grandchildren, Tonya Delphous (Paul Arthur), Chad Delphous (Meri), Rhonda Rae Bliss, Kurt Koester, Heather Paul (PeeJib), Jamey Koester (Wendy), Scott Sundermeier (Patricia), Jason Sundermeier (Heidi) and Chris Sundermeier (Natalie).
