He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Taylor and Dorothy Taylor; and his siblings, Tony Taylor and Grace Horn. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Taylor (Comer); and his children, Mark Taylor (Dena) of Portsmouth, Angie Jones of Peebles and Jenniffer Carter (Mike) of Portsmouth. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and his great-grandchild.
