He is survived by: his son Rodrick "Rocky" Lewis; his grandchildren, Haley Lewis, Drake Lockhart, Cameron and Morgan Lewis; and his siblings, Randy Lewis (Brenda), Russell Lewis, Danny Howard and Shirley "Susie" Phillips (Patrick).
