He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fulton and Carolyn Fulton (Gall); his former wife JoAnne Fulton (Locke); his wife Caroline Fulton (Wood); his daughter Tena Fulton; his brother Phil Fulton; and his son-in-law Brian Landrum.
He is survived by: his children, Jamie Barton (Katie) of Hillsboro, Tammy Newland (Bob) of Sidney, Ohio, Tracey Perdue (Doug) of Clarksville, Ohio, Fabi Taylor (Tate) of Grove City and Sheri Duckwall (Marc) of Hillsboro; his siblings, Bob Fulton (Libby) of Hillsboro, Glen Fulton (Sandy) of Peebles, Sally McDaniel (Gary) of Peebles and Susie Ross (Wayne) of Waverly; and his sister-in-law Sharon Fulton of Peebles. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and his 16 great grandchildren.
