She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Cooper and Ethel A. Cooper; her husband William C. Hines; her son Ronald A. Hines; and her siblings, Maurice, Robert, Christine, Eugene, Everett, Howard, Clara Ruth, Charles and Mary Pearl.
She is survived by: her sons, William C. Jr. Hines (Debbie) of Cincinnati and Jeffery L. Hines of Williamsburg; and her siblings, June Copher (Bill) of West Union and Bill Cooper (Maxine) of West Union. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
