He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Kay" Swayne; his wife Denise Swayne (Davis); his children, Tyler Swayne of Peebles, Seth Swayne (Megan) of Peebles and Stephanie Downey (Will) of Sinking Spring; and his siblings, Donnie Swayne (Sherry) of Peebles, Terry Swayne (Sandra) of Georgia, John Tolle of Peebles, Mike Tolle of West Union and Becky Johnson (Chris) of Peebles. He is also survived by nephews, and his four grandchildren.
